Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms of use carefully before using the services offered by ISPL Academy. If you use our services or opt for a course provided by ISPL Academy, we assume that you have already read our terms & conditions and abide by them.

  • This applies to all schools and related entities as well as all non-Educational Institution users including students, parents, or legal guardians, who use our services (collectively, "you").
  • Training: Training is conducted by experts from their respective background. All topics are discussed in detail and students can ask their teachers for a quick revision whenever they want.
  • Batch Size: We offer individual as well as batch classes. For better focus and attention we create small batches of max 5 students in a batch.
  • Online Transaction: We as a merchant shall bear no liability whatsoever in case of any loss arising out of the decline of authorization for a Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder mutually agreed by both parties. The transaction fee charged at the time of payment by payment gateways will not be refunded / reversed in any case.
  • Interaction with third parties: Our Services may contain some links to third parties that are not owned or controlled by us. When you access any of these Third-Party Services, you do it at your own risk. You are supposed to read all applicable policies of those Third Party Services. The company is not responsible for the content, terms & conditions, or practices of any Third Party Services.
  • Code of conduct for students: Students shall remain disciplined throughout the course; any misbehaviour, insult, or misrepresentation of trainers or image will not be allowed in any case. Students must be focused while attending classes; no disturbance or unnecessary nuances shall be ignored. Only enrolled students are allowed to attend the classes. Students are not authorized to share webinar links with any other person without permission. If a student is found guilty of doing any of the above, we reserve the right to discontinue their access or membership and no refund will be processed in that case.
  • Termination: This Agreement shall remain valid and effective until you use our Services / Classes. You may terminate or discontinue your use at any time. In case of any misconduct, we may terminate your access to our Services / classes at any time, and without warning, which may lead to the destruction of all information linked with your membership. We may also suspend any or all of our Services/Classes and access immediately, without any prior notice or liability, in case you breach any of these terms and conditions.
  • Changes to these terms: ISPL Academy reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time and after the changes come into effect, the modified terms and conditions will apply to all students and members

By agreeing with our terms & conditions, you are also agreeing on our refund policy. Please, read it carefully.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is applicable for all students who enroll for our training program.

  • You shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Website. You shall be responsible for all taxes associated with your use of such Services and all applicable government taxes. ISPL Academy reserves the right to change the course fee at any time. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.
  • There will be no refund of fee in any case after the classes have started.
  • Also, in case if you want to send any other student to your place (to attend the classes), you have to request us at least 3 days before the batch begins. The request has to be made via email or in written (not over the phone).
  • Transaction fee charges would not be refunded / reversed under any circumstances for any refund / reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
